Available data from immigration agencies are generally designed for administrative purposes rather than as measures of the number of people moving into the United States; immigrants arriving outside legal channels have increased numerically and as a share of the total inflow. ----- And this is important to remember. tracking people who actually left is not recorded. How many are in limbo that being counted as undocumented? So even people who are semi-legal are in danger because they are in limbo and still considered illegal. Cathreina
