The Mexican government shares a big part of the blame of the U.S. immigration problem. It’s time to confront the Mexican government on fixing its social problems. The widespread corruption and whitening culture are taking this country to the verge of collapse. The whitest citizens are on the top and the rest are being ignored. In Mexico the darker your skin the more likelihood you will live in poverty for the rest of your life. The Afro-Mexicans are vilified as the demons of the society.

I hate to break it to you, but if current foreign policies don’t change, you’ll be paying way more taxes in the future. It is small minded of you to think that the immigrants are your biggest tax problem. The war in Iraq will cost us Americans significantly more in taxes than illegal immigrants. So keep your eye on the ball. We should plug the giant hole int he ship and stop worrying about how many people are on it. Soon we’re all going to go down, citizen or not.

My main concern is a fiscal one. The american workers are already overtaxed. Most migrant workers simply don’t make enough money to pay federal income tax but under the bill would be eligable to reap the benefits of federals social programs. I don’t care what color these people are, I simply don’t want to pay any more taxes period. Calling me a racist for this is ridiculous.

Thanks for the great article. It’s great to see people are actually paying attention to what the racists in Washington are up to. It’s worth mentioning too that hidden deep within this bill (article 161) you’ll find a small little piece of legislation that may slip by the radars of most readers if they aren’t paying attention:

`SEC. 161. DECLARATION OF NATIONAL LANGUAGE.

`English shall be the national language of the Government of the United States.

It’s interesting how fanatical the racists in this country want to assert their control of all they percieve to be theirs. As if changing the national language will do anything other than harm Bi-Lingual education and further alienate (no pun intended) those who speak other languages.

It seems as if we’re going back to the 60’s where our parents were scolded and reprimanded for speaking their native tongue in schools. So much so, that many 2nd generation “Latinos” were never taught the language of our ancestors.

Shame on Washington if they pass this….

it’s disgusting how everyone is using mexicans, man. it really makes my blood boil. use immigrants for labor, steal their taxes, smear their name, raid and deport them for political reasons, let them come in to slave, demonize them in the press, put the stinkeye on all the latinos, and start beating them and mobbing them (US) and vilifying us once more. and play it up any way they want in the media. it’s gross and it infuriates me.
