I voted for Obama in IL when he was running for senator and remember thinking "oh please, please don't run for president!" I'm discouraged by the arrogance and verbal wrangling, and also embarrassed. To be sincere it's going to be an uphill battle for whatever democratic candidate remains. The battle lines are drawn, and I'm not sure they can be crossed over. This bitter campaign for the primaries might be the Waterloo that finishes up the democratic parties at the presidential elections. The democrats might be handing off the next election to the republicans and that is a damn shame. I hear you.
