It is <a href="http://maps.google.com/maps?client=firefox-a&channel=s&hl=en&q=Manchester+Houston&ie=UTF8&ll=29.719775,-95.261121&spn=0.01748,0.037594&z=15&iwloc=addr" rel="nofollow">Houston's Manchester area</a> which is prone to flooding, but the interesting thing is, it wasn't raining at that time, the bayou were backing up. The other one is <a href="http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&client=firefox-a&channel=s&q=Seabrook,+TX&ie=UTF8&ll=29.567112,-95.019035&spn=0.035013,0.075188&z=14&iwloc=addr" rel="nofollow">Seabrook, TX</a>, which is very close to the coast.
