That is a truely a gift. My suggestiion is to have patience with those who are reticent to participate. There is a lot of fear, justly so. There is still a fair amount of disorganization. Immigration reform is here, it will pass, let's hope in a form that works for those who are oppressed. I write a lot about this very matter, immigrants2bfree.
