Delivering the GOP response to President Obama’s speech to Congress, Louisiana’s Governor Bobby Jindal had his first chance to impress a national audience. Did he do it? No! He didn’t even go down in a blaze of glory. I wish I could say he crashed and burned, but can’t. It even left Rachel Maddow dumbfounded.
